Request deletion of your AMPYAN account

How to request deletion

Send an account deletion request from the email address registered with your AMPYAN account to hiampyan@gmail.com. Never email your password, OTP, bearer token or other sensitive credentials.

If you use the App, first open Profile → Account → Delete Account → Request Account Deletion where possible. You can also create the authenticated deletion request in your browser; installing or reinstalling the App is not required. Sign in and connect your existing AMPYAN account through the Website's Garage sign-in if needed. Do not create a new account for this purpose.

If you cannot sign in, email support to initiate the request and obtain account-access assistance. Support must resolve account access and establish an authenticated owner-bound request before approval. An email alone never authorizes deletion.

Your mail client may use a different sender by default. Select your registered AMPYAN email address. Opening a draft does not send it or complete deletion.

Verification and completion

An authorized administrator reviews both the authenticated account request and the email received from that same registered address. Display names alone are not proof. Only verified requests can execute deletion. No automatic verification or completion email is sent. Support manually replies to the original thread only after the backend confirms deletion is complete. Support will explain processing steps, timing and any applicable retention exception during review.

Associated account data

Identifiable account/authentication/profile data, vehicles, configuration, service records, mileage/health data, Diagnosis, attributable analytics and private interactions are processed under the deletion policy. Public contributions may remain only in anonymized form where applicable, preserving other users' replies.

Offline local device copies cannot be remotely erased. The App clears the deleted account's local records on its next completion check; you can also clear local App data.

Backups and retention

Historical backups are not claimed to be immediately erased. Any actual security, fraud-prevention, legal or backup-integrity retention exception must be reviewed and disclosed; no fixed backup retention duration has been established. Restore procedures must reapply completed deletion decisions before restored personal data is served. No completion is claimed while required provider/media cleanup or retention review remains unresolved.
